Derek Devoy has been driving a taxi for 15 years. After rescuing a man from a jumping off a bridge late one night Derek realises that taxi drivers are in a position to help people at their darkest moments. Derek's own experience of depression gives him the insight to set up Taxi Watch and help people who feel forlorn. In no time at all other taxi drivers join Derek and a nationwide movement begins.
